1. What Kinds of Ceremonies Do You Offer?

All of them. Seriously.
• Legal Marriages: The real deal. Paperwork, license, officiant — all official.
• Vow Renewals: Already married? Say 'I do again!' No license needed, just love and maybe Elvis.
• Commitment Ceremonies (Fun But Fake): No legal stuff, just magic, photos, and memories — perfect for those who want the Vegas experience without the paperwork.

2. Can We Bring Our Own Photographer?

Yes — but before we get to that, a quick moment for the stars behind the camera: our award-winning Viva Las Vegas Weddings photographers are kind of a big deal.

Most wedding packages already include ceremony photography, so we’ve got the big moments covered — the walk down the aisle, the kiss, the “we did it!” moment, and that just-married glow.

Want the fun stuff? That’s where our Photography Sessions come in. Starting as low as $105, they give you extra time for:

· Romantic, playful, or editorial-style newlywed portraits

· Family and group photos

· Our epic photo ops around the property, including our ’Til Death Sign, 50’s Retro Diner, and your name in lights on our Las Vegas Boulevard marquee.

If you want the full Viva experience and those extra-wow photos, this is where the magic happens.

And yes — you’re welcome to bring your own photographer too. But if you want beyond the ceremony, we strongly recommend booking a Photography Session in advance, since additional posed photography cannot be guaranteed day-of unless it’s pre-arranged.

3. Can We Bring Our Own Flowers Or Other Décor?

At Viva Las Vegas Weddings, décor is part of the show. Our themed packages are built as full experiences, with floral, props, theatrical lighting, fog, and music all working together to create the perfect ceremony vibe.

That’s why outside décor is not permitted, including draping, arches, candles, columns, floral installations, and similar items.

You may bring a bridal bouquet only. If outside floral is brought in, any floral included in your package will be removed with no credit, and our staff is unable to assist with pinning, placement, or distribution.

4. Do You Offer Wedding Receptions in Las Vegas?

Yep! From intimate cake-and-champagne for two to full sit-down dinners with DJs and entertainment. Keep it classy or keep it wild — your wedding, your rules.
• Vegas Event Center: Onsite reception hall can host up to 225 guests.
• Doo Wop Diner: Step back to the '50s! Perfect for a retro-themed reception for up to 10 guests.

• Main Chapel: ~80 guests
• Doo Wop Diner Chapel: up to 10
• The Boulevard Gaz ebo: 32

6. How Do We Get Legally Married In Vegas?

Pretty easy, actually. Both of you will need to go in person to the Clark County Marriage License Bureau at 201 E. Clark Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101 to pick up your marriage license. You only need a government issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license. The best part? There’s no waiting period, which means once you’ve got it, you’re ready to say “I do.”

To speed things up, you can pre-apply online here before you go. The bureau is open 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to midnight — even on holidays.

7. Do We Offer Vow Renewal Ceremonies?

Already married and want to say it again? No license needed. Optional Certificate of Vow Renewal available at Clark County Marriage License Bureau for $21.
On the day, Viva Las Vegas Weddings requires all vow renewal couples to sign a document confirming the ceremony is a renewal and not a legal marriage. All packages are available for a Vow Renewal.

· Friday–Saturday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

· Closed: Sunday & Monday

Vegas Event Center

· Events: Wednesday–Sunday at 12:00 PM or 7:00 PM

· Closed for events: Monday & Tuesday

· Tours: By appointment only

Halloween

· On October 31, we go big: 9:00 AM–12:00 AM

9. Can Friends And Family Watch The Ceremony Online?

Yes! Some ceremonies are livestreamed so loved ones can join from anywhere — pajamas welcome.

10. After We’ve Paid A Deposit, When Is The Balance Due?

• Onsite ceremony venues: 14 days before the date
• Onsite receptions or offsite venues: 30 days before the date
Missed the deadline? Your ceremony could be canceled — yikes.
Halloween is our busiest day, so full payment 30 days out is required for all ceremonies on October 31st — no exceptions!

11. Are There Any Additional Fees Or Gratuities?

Yes. Your invoice will include the 19% surcharge, minister fee, and any applicable Nevada State Sales Tax.

Gratuities are not required, but they are always appreciated.

· Minister / Officiant / Talent / Entertainer: Suggested gratuity of $40–$60

· Limo / Transportation: Suggested gratuity of $30–$40 for your driver

If you’d like, suggested gratuities may be given in cash on the day or added to your balance in advance and paid by credit or debit card.

12. Can We Bring Our Own Food Or Drinks?

Nope — you cannot bring your own food or booze ??
But don’t worry! We sell beer, wine, and champagne so you can toast your “I do” in true Vegas style. Keep it simple, keep it fabulous, and let our team handle the drinks while you celebrate.

13. Do You Have Merchandise Or Keepsakes?

You bet! Take a little Viva Las Vegas Magic home — from T-shirts to shot glasses and even hats! Want take-home wedding favors or your own keepsakes? Totally doable — your memories, your style, your Vegas celebration.

14. Do You Have A Contract?

Absolutely. A standard wedding contract lays out all the ceremony details so no surprises — except the good kind. View the contract here.

15. What if we need to reschedule our ceremony?

One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted prior to the final balance due date.

If specific talent, specialty performers, or custom production elements have been secured, rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional schedule changes may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

All payments are non-refundable. Period. Rescheduling does not make payments refundable. Cancellations after the final balance due date result in forfeiture of all payments.

Halloween and select premium dates operate at maximum capacity. Same day rescheduling is not available.

Viva Las Vegas Weddings offers 100+ ways to say “I do” — from themed weddings and traditional ceremonies to outdoor settings and our iconic 50’s-style Doo Wop Diner.

Have a specific theme or custom twist in mind? Ask us. We can build from an existing theme and add impersonators, décor, and extra flair to make it completely your own.
