regarding Las Vegas wedding package deposits with Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapels

When calling the Viva Las Vegas wedding chapels to reserve your Las Vegas wedding package
a faxed Credit card authorization will be required for all deposits that
are $200 or above. Without the deposit the wedding package can not be
reserved.
All deposits are Non-Refundable
Viva Las Vegas Wedding Packages Deposit information:
$0- $600: $100 dep- balance due at the time of the ceremony
$600-$1000: $200 dep - balance due at the time of the ceremony
$1000- $2000: $500 dep- balance due at the time of the ceremony
$$2000 and up contact the chapel directly
Red Rock Las Vegas wedding: $200.00 deposit, park fee due 1 month in advance, balance
due 24 hrs in advance. Red Rock Wedding must be booked 2 weeks prior to
wedding date.
Helipcopter Weddings & tours deposit information:
A $100 deposit will be required per seat reserved- in addition to wedding
deposit. Tour balance due 72 hrs prior to Tour. Balance to the wedding
due at the time of the wedding.
Grand Canyon wedding: $500 deposit
Lake Las Vegas packages: $800 deposit
Adventure Tours cancellation policy:
All tours must be paid in full at the time of booking. Confirmed reservations cancelled by the customer at least one week prior to tour date a $30 cancellation fee per person will apply. Confirmed reservations cancelled between 48 and 24 hours prior to the date of the trip will be charged 50% of the fare. Confirmed reservations cancelled less that 24 hours prior to the trip date will be charged in full. No refunds will be allowed if a customer is refused service because he/she appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if he/she is refused service because he/she displays an inability to care for themselves or displays conduct which may disrupt the pleasure and/or safety of passengers or employees. No refund will be given to anyone who is refused service because of refusal to wear a seat belt or follow the rules and regulations of the carriers.
Wedding Reception and dinner deposit information
Receptions: Additional persons above suggested head count- will have a
per person cost attached to total
Petite: $50 deposit (15 guests)
Primary: $100 deposit (25 guests)
Deluxe Reception for 25 people: $1000 deposit, catering fees due 4 weeks
prior, balance due at the time of the ceremony
Casual Elegance/ Supreme Elegance (40 people): $1000 deposit, catering
fees due 4 weeks prior, balance due at the time of the ceremony.
